The Loss Control product is intended to identify and evaluate the loss exposures for a commercial operation through a physical inspection of the premises. The report will offer valuable information that can be utilized in the underwriting analysis associated with the risk acceptability review.

The checklist/narrative format is organized to include the property's interior exposures, exterior exposures, and potential crime hazards. It is not intended to cover all possible hazardous conditions or unsafe acts that may exist.

Along with the checklist/narrative report, DBC provides a minimum of four property photos, photos of hazards, and a building diagram.

If your company requires more specific information for Restaurants/ Bars, Multifamily Dwellings, Liquor Liability or Jewelers block addendums can be included with the basic report.

We also offer a stand-alone auto fleet inspection.

This product is intended for the smaller commercial property/liability insurance risk. We can customize the inspection to fit your specific needs.
